Live Remote Assistance
Depending on the nature of the technical support request you may be asked by a member of the Zetechtics support team for remote access to your computer. The support team member can then view your computer desktop and share control of the mouse and keyboard. This approach can dramatically aid the speedy resolution of technical issues and reduce system down time.

Jupiter Support Tool
The Jupiter Support Tool has been produced to provide assistance for some common problems.
The tool provides calculators for calibrating analogue sensors and proportional valve controls with Jupiter Control Systems as well as for calibrating analogue and counter inputs on Subsea Display Systems. There is also access to an excel file which can be used to assist in calculating appropriate compensator volumes and some PDF guides.
