Zetechtics are market leaders in Subsea Control Systems for ROV Tooling Intervention with the Jupiter system offering a range of applications to suit client requirements. Typical Tooling applications includes (but is not limited to) Torque Tool, Suction Anchor, cutting / grinding, fluid injection, cleaning, ROV manipulator, ROV drilling tools plus any application requiring repeatable and accurate electro / hydraulic control.

In addition to tooling intervention Jupiter control systems have been extensively used for bespoke applications such as Flowline Pull-in & Connection, Pipeline Repair, Tool Deployment, Heavy Lift Module, Shallow Water Lift Line Running, Robotic Drill System & Seabed Corer, Mattress Deployment, Gasket removal, Pipeline anchoring, Specialist Cutting / Decommissioning, Specialist Sampling Skids plus there are numerous further applications Zetechtics have supported over 25 Years and have built an excellent reputation as being the Subsea control supplier of choice.

We supplied one of our main customers with equipment to operate at 6000msw and now have control systems, spares and Torque Tools ready for supply and certified to meet this new 6000msw depth!

Zetechtics design, manufacture and supports a range of products including highly accurate Torque Tools, Class 1-4 APi 17D, Petrobras style and Class 5 (both Latched and un-latched) all now with 3 years standard manufacturer’s warranty. Torque Verification both deck and subsea to provide secondary verification with a certified calibrated torque cell. We also supply a range of Subsea sensors with 2, 4 and 8 digit displays as well as our latest LCD display with 32 GB integrated data logger, shock and vibration, temperature sensor plus many more features to monitor torque (strain gauge), turns (counter), volume, flow, on / off, open / closed plus connections to reed switches and most subsea sensing equipment.

Additionally we supply the ICM, Inline Contamination Monitor to check contamination levels NAS / AS cleanliness standards, % RH (Relative Humidity), temperature, low flow and incorporates 4000 sample memory to provide confidence that your hydraulic closed loop contains no unexpected upsets subsea.
