Live Remote Assistance
Depending on the nature of the technical support request you may be asked by a member of the Zetechtics support team for remote access to your computer. The support team member can then view your computer desktop and share control of the mouse and keyboard. This approach can dramatically aid the speedy resolution of technical issues and reduce system down time.
You will be provided with a unique code by the support personnel to allow access to this service.
Zetechtics will only have access to Jupiter Software and will have no visibility of other sensitive information that may be on the PC.
