Management Team

Tim Overfield | Managing Director

Tim has a background of Electronic Engineering Design & Project / Production Management from larger companies such as GEC Command & Control Systems, RCA, DERA Farnborough, together with experience from smaller companies such as Spectra Tek UK Ltd and Slingsby Engineering both of whom are in other oil related industries. Tim completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Warwick University in 1996.

Charlie Ticehurst | Technical Director

Charlie has a background in electronics and systems design for medical and defence applications. Having joined Zetechtics early on in the development of the original Jupiter systems in 1997, he has a wide knowledge of Zetechtics products and their use in many subsea control applications. Charlie has been Technical Director since 2003 and is responsible for the design and development of Zetechtics product line.

Trevor Bayfield | Sales Director

Trevor was appointed Sales Director of Zetechtics in 2009 and brings extensive commercial experience to Zetechtics after starting his commercial sales career in 1995. At Zetechtics Trevor is responsible for maintaining client relationships, developing and growing sales both in the UK and abroad as well as to raise the profile of Zetechtics worldwide.

Trevor has held various senior sales postions at Focasel, Sharp Electronics, MPCS (offshore oil & gas facilites provider) and Oceanteam 2000, who provided diving, ROV and survey services to the global oil and gas industry.

Clarke Mooney | Production Director

Clarke served in the Royal Air Force as an Engineering Officer, leaving in 1993 to complete an electronic engineering degree at the University of York. This was followed by various roles in a York based software company (Terrington Systems), mainly involved in the oil and gas industry; MoD Project Manager with aircraft manufacturer Britten Norman on the Isle of Wight, and more recently working as a consultant in the Information Security field.

Clarke joined Zetechtics in April 2008 and was promoted to Director in February 2010.
